Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Final tour vouchers and details will be shared once full payment is received.
Payments
Payments must be made as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per the policies of hotels, transport providers, and other service partners. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges. Processing time may vary.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as availability, seasonal demand, fuel costs, or changes in government taxes. Any increase in cost will be communicated before confirmation.
Changes to Itinerary
Enduring Journeys reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary, hotels, or services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or operational requirements. Suitable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid identification and any required travel documents. Enduring Journeys will not be held responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documents.
Liability
Enduring Journeys acts only as a travel facilitator and shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or technical issues.
Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the tour. Any medical or special requirements should be communicated at the time of booking.

Governing Law
